When placing an order with Mars Plantcare, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not 100% satisfied, please return your order within 60 days for a full refund (shipping and handling not included). Once your return is processed (usually within 72 hours of receipt), a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 7-10 days.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
To request a refund, please contact us via email at customercare@seramis.com to submit a return request. A pre-paid label will then be sent to you via email.
